365 days of peace: chasing peace


It takes a lot of energy to worry. It’s draining. You worry and then what? Either your fears come true or they don’t. It feels automatic. It isn’t. It’s hard but you have a choice. You can stop seeing peace and happiness as somewhere out beyond your anxiety.  You can stop running and experience the joy of the moment. The sensation of bein alive is an amazing thing.
