May is mental health awareness month. If you are suffering from untreated mental illness or your current treatment isn’t working. Speak up. Ask for help. You are worth it and you do deserve happiness. Have compassion for others have compassion for yourself.
This week I got back to basics. I used scrap wood and my scroll saw and made a peace sign. Sometimes things turn out the way you plan them. Sometimes they don’t. Either way you still show up.
