It takes a lot of energy to worry. It’s draining. You worry and then what? Either your fears come true or they don’t. It feels automatic. It isn’t. It’s hard but you have a choice. You can stop seeing peace and happiness as somewhere out beyond your anxiety. ¬†You can stop running and experience the joy of the moment. The sensation of bein alive is an amazing thing.
