May is mental health awareness month. If you are suffering from untreated mental illness or your current treatment isn’t working. Speak up. Ask for help. You are worth it and you do deserve happiness.  Have compassion for others have compassion for yourself.

Memory is a funny thing. We are all unreliable narrators.  We tell stories and take pictures to help us remember.  But we still forget.  And that’s ok. Peace becomes possible when we let go and have compassion for ourselves and others.  12/52
