52 weeks of peace: peace works



I was originally going to skip this week. Maybe take a picture of a blank page and call it postponing peace and give myself a break. But even though this weeks offering is hastily created, the act of creating it is what matters. Doing the work matters, especially when it’s hard.

May is mental health awareness month. If you are suffering from untreated mental illness or your current treatment isn’t working. Speak up. Ask for help. You are worth it and you do deserve happiness.  Have compassion for others have compassion for yourself.
